Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order & No Standard Returns

All products in our webshop are printed especially for you after the order is placed.

Since the items are produced with unique designs and in small quantities, they are considered custom-made in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, section 2, no. 3.

This means that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products, and therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or fault with the item.

2. When a Refund or Replacement is Possible

We only offer a refund or replacement if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

• You receive the wrong item

If any of these apply, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at MJ-Strength@outlook.com, including:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the problem

3. Refund Method

​

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

​

If your refund is approved due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs for the replacement or return.

5. Address Errors & Unclaimed Parcels

​

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or for parcels not collected from the delivery service. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
