Shipping Policy

1. Sustainable Production – Made to Order

All our products are made to order to avoid overproduction and reduce waste.
This approach is part of our commitment to a more sustainable clothing industry. Instead of producing large batches that may never be worn, your T-shirt is created only when you place your order.
It takes a few extra days, but it’s better for the planet — and for ensuring you receive a freshly made item.

2. Order Processing & Production Time
 

• Production time: 2–5 working days before dispatch.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
   

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Estimated delivery time after production:

  • Denmark: 3–7 working days

  • EU countries: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or seasonal demand.

4. Customs & Import Fees (Outside EU)

If you order from outside the EU, local customs duties or taxes may apply. These are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All products in our webshop are printed especially for you after the order is placed.

Since the items are produced with unique designs and in small quantities, they are considered custom-made in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, section 2, no. 3.

This means that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products, and therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or fault with the item.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at MJ-Strength@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
