This website is operated from Denmark and subject to Danish law.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in DKK and include 25% VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort (via Visa/Dankort), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Payment is charged when the order is placed. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted connections.

3. Products & Made-to-Order Production

All products are made to order. This means we do not keep stock, and your item is produced only after you place your order.
This approach reduces waste and overproduction, supporting a more sustainable clothing industry.

Please note: Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the printing process.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Production time: 2–5 business days before dispatch
Estimated delivery time after production:
- Denmark: 3–7 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Total time is on average 10 business days from ordering till recieving

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (postal delays, customs, seasonal demand).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal (No Standard Returns)

All products in our webshop are printed especially for you after the order is placed.

Since the items are produced with unique designs and in small quantities, they are considered custom-made in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, section 2, no. 3.

This means that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products, and therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or fault with the item.

Our clothing is all regular size, true to size, but based off of male models. Males can order their usual size with confidence. We suggest women to size down. Please see our Size Guide

6. Refunds & Replacements for Defects

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at MJ-Strength@Outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

7. Warranty / Consumer Rights

Purchases are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), which grants a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect washing.

8. Customs & Import Fees (Outside EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be handled by the Danish courts.

In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), MJ-Strength and SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards.
