This company and page were born out of a desire to create what I have always wanted for myself — both aesthetically and performance-wise. With over two decades of lifting heavy, I’ve gone through my fair share of equipment, and based on that, I have a lot of experience with what actually works and helps you. Not just comforting you with easy kilos on the bar by adding bounce at the bottom, or giving you temporary ease in the gym with shitty nylon shirts that maybe ventilate but also slide off the bench like a banana in an old children’s cartoon.

I hate things that easily break or need to be replaced. Shirts that don’t wash well or sleeves that tear. I want to provide you with equipment that lasts for years — even decades.

The dream is to grow organically and gradually launch new products. Products that will hopefully help you on your lifting journey.

The first products are T-shirts. Why? Because I hate the current aesthetic in gyms. Where are the old icons who idolized effort and grit? Where are the torn shirts that show dedication and focus to what matters — the training? My T-shirts will try to spark the motivation to strive for those things.

Will it be the best strength training T-shirt? Hopefully. I don’t believe the best shirts are polyester-blended, “breathable” pieces of plastic garbage. I believe the best T-shirts for lifting heavy things are pure cotton. They’re not intended to feel luxurious with tight ribs and collars. They’re intended to stick to the bar or bench and drape over your body as it gets drenched with sweat. Nothing fancy. Just solid cotton and bold prints to motivate you to perform better.

Our T-shirts are made-to-order, so we only produce what’s needed — no overproduction, no waste. But also, no returns. Each design is drawn from scratch, making it truly unique and something you won’t find anywhere else. We use quality cotton chosen for its durability, because we want this shirt to last. In fact, we want you to wear it until it’s full of holes, and rip off the sleeves when your arms have outgrown it.
